Ownership of products ordered
Greatfood2buy.com retains ownership of the product ordered by customers until full payment for same has been received. However, risk for product ordered passes to the purchaser once the products are delivered to the person specified at the time of placing the order.
Delivery of your order
– Orders are despatched twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, through An Post’s Parcel Service which offers on average 24 hour delivery within Ireland. We use the express service and send you a track and trace number. You can follow your package on the An Post website.
– If you are concerned that you may not be at home to receive a delivery, or that the person to whom you are sending the gift will not be there to accept a package, then we suggest that you send the parcel to a business address.
– We will send you an email notifying when your order has been shipped. Normally that will be on the next despatch day after you place your order, subject however to full payment for your order having been received by Greatfood2buy.com (at times PayPal transactions can take a day longer to go through – if you have any query, please email us at customersupport@greatfood2buy.com quoting the reference number on the confirmation email).
– Only orders for delivery within the Republic of Ireland can be accepted through our website. However if you email us at customersupport@greatfood2buy.com we will be delighted to quote for orders for delivery to other countries.
Cancelling an order
If you are not fully satisfied with the products supplied to you by Greatfood2buy.com, you may cancel your order up to five working days after the products have been received by you. To cancel an order you must notify Greatfood2buy.com by email or letter and return at your own expense the products received by you, intact and in their original packing. We will refund any monies paid to us as soon as possible after the returned products have been received by us. Nothing in this condition is intended to limit in any way your rights under statutory law.
Product Warranty
When you buy from Greatfood2buy.com you are buying from 'best in class' products. Naturally we take great care to ensure that all of our products are produced to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event that you have any reservations about the quality or appearance of any product purchased from us, we are happy to either replace the product in question or refund you with the cost of the product. To avail of this warranty you must bring your reservations to our attention by email or letter. This warranty is valid for up to thirty days after you receive your order or to the ‘best before’ date for the product if that date is less than thirty days after you receive your order.
Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability for any products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. Under no circumstances are we liable for any consequential losses incurred by you arising from either late or non-delivery of products ordered. We are also not liable for any changes or defects to products that are due to the products’ manufacturers. Nothing in this condition is intended to limit in any way your rights under statutory law.
