Can Solivera Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive oil is made in limited quantities by a couple of artisan olive growers in Catalonia in Spain. The initial flavour of the oil is buttery and a bit sweet, reminiscent of melon and almond. The aftertaste is fruity and the oil has a peppery accent. The oil is unfiltered. Instead it is meticulously poured off the sediment to preserve the aroma, flavour and colour of the olives in the medieval tradition. A rare gem and remarkable for the price.

Castillo de Tabernas is an award-winning extra virgin olive oil from Tabernas in Southern Spain. It is made from the intense picual olive known for its hints of fig and fresh bark.
The olives are picked from the tree and milled on the same day (some producers knock the olives from the trees or pick them from the ground!). The oil is cold centrifuged (with no chemical or heat treatments) keeping its pure flavour and goodness intact.
