This intense syrup reduction of aged Modena Balsamic and Sherry Vinegars is complemented with infused fig flavours, rich Marsala and Jerez Sherry.
A litre of aged balsamic goes into every 250ml bottle. It would make a peerless present for a foodie and because a little goes a long way, they will think favourably of you and your gift long after Christmas is over!

How to use this wonderful Balsamic Reduction with Sherry and Fig
- Brush over duck breasts before frying them, or serve a small bowl with cured ham, grilled vegetables or grilled meat for dipping.
- Fantastic with goat's cheese.
- You can even eat it with icecream! Try it with good quality vanilla.
- Add a tablespoon of the balsamic to 2oz of unsalted butter. Mix well, roll in greaseproof paper and chill until it becomes hard. Slice and melt on top of fillet steak for a wonderful glaze.
