Castillo de Tabernas is an award-winning extra virgin olive oil which comes from a unique estate in the desert of Tabernas, Southern Spain. This producer has created a single variety from the picual olive, known for its intense olive fruit flavor and aroma. It has hints of fig and fresh bark and a natural acidiy of 0.1°. (The lower the acidity, the better the oil).
Comes in a beautiful elongated presentation bottle with a string tie.
