Lodigiana rice is produced by Azienda Agricola Lodigiana in Italy who have produced rice for over 100 years - their crops are not treated with pesticides and because they are harvested with such care by the artisan producer, they keep their nutritional and organoleptic qualities.
Truffles go particularly well with risotto. Try adding a few drops of truffle oil to a plate of risotto with fresh asparagus and some shavings of parmesan.
