Lodigiana Organic Polenta
We've found a wonderful polenta which we beg you to try! It's bright corn yellow and as fine as sawdust so you get a silky cream texture. You can eat it on its own drizzled with a little olive oil or cook it, then cool it in a flat tin and cut it into triangles which you fry and serve with tomato sauce.

Greatfood.ie Star Anise Spice Tin
Star anise is a wonderfully aromatic warming spice from Asia. When you buy it in the Chinese shops it can be hanging around a while and can lose some of its depth of flavour and aroma. The Greatfood.ie Star Anise does justice to this incredible little pod which should burst with flavour.

Castle Leslie White Truffle Oil
Castle Leslie White Truffle Oil is an extra virgin olive oil infused with the finest white truffle. White truffle is more prized than black truffle because it has a more fragrant aroma and taste. Truffle oil is used sparingly on asparagus, enhances the flavour of a good steak and adds wild mushroom flavour to farmed mushrooms (fry the mushrooms, add seasoning and cream, then a few drops of truffle oil). It is just delicious dribbled sparingly on good toasted bread. Add it to the dish at the end, don't cook with it or you will destroy the flavour.
